Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wallorbit Android application ("Wallorbit", "the app"), operated by Akash Modak (Sole Proprietor, India). By installing or using Wallorbit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Wallorbit is a free, ad-supported Android app that provides wallpapers and home-screen widgets. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time.

2. Licence to use content

Wallpapers and widget designs in Wallorbit are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only — i.e. to set them as your device wallpaper or save them for your own personal use. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content;
  • claim the content as your own or register it as a trademark;
  • use the content in another app, product, or service.

3. Intellectual property

All wallpapers, artwork, widget designs, the Wallorbit name, and the app's look and feel are the property of Wallorbit / Akash Modak or are licensed to us, and are protected by applicable laws. No ownership is transferred to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; (b) circumvent ads, locks, or in-app purchases; (c) use the app for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with the app's operation or security.

5. Ads and purchases

Wallorbit is supported by ads served via Google AdMob. The app may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase (e.g. to remove ads or unlock all content), processed by Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

6. Optional account

Some optional features may let you sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallorbit and Akash Modak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or your access to it, at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Assam, India.
